Trade Fair Information and Registration

Sponsoring Vendors are an important part of our Club and are welcome to join all events including the Thursday Golf Tournament, Welcome Reception and Dinner as well as the Friday night Banquet.

Trade Fair Fees

8' Booth w/2 chairs, includes dues for two people attending the Trade Fair only
$750.00

Each additional person representing your company  & attending the Trade Fair only
$35.00

Each person attending the Trade Fair AND the Friday Night Banquet
$95.00

Electrical service will be available for an additional charge billed directly by Elden Electrical Exhibition Services of Orlando. Please click on the "Electrical Order Form" button to download the form.

As in years past, to help identify those attending the Trade Fair we will be providing different colored lanyards depending on an attendees work affiliation.

RED = Vendor
BLUE = Ford Motor Co.
GREEN = Dealership
YELLOW - Family Member

It is vital that we have an accurate headcount to ensure an adequate number of lanyards. Lanyards will be REQUIRED for entrance to all events..

Payment Instructions

Please submit your vendor registration form no later than June 15, 2017. Payment for all dues and fees should be completed by June 30, 2017.

THERE ARE 4 OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT

1. Pay by Check.
     When you pay by check, make the check payable to:

2. Pay by Credit Card online after you review your emailed invoice.
       
3.  Call Craig Wolf at 772-971-1776 or 772-468-1330
     As the Club Treasurer I will immediately process your credit card
     and send you an invoice via email.
     I will shred your Credit Card information following the transaction.
     For obvious reasons, DO NOT EMAIL your credit card information.

4. Pay by Credit Card, Check or Cash at check-in (Could be a line!)
     Bring your registration to the designated club registration table at he hotel
     Note: Pre-payment via mailed check or phoned credit card will speed up the
     registration process at the hotel.
