Place: Shingle Creek Golf Club
Format: The tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.

$300.00 Hole Sponsor (includes tee box sign and logo on GPS in each cart)
All entry fees include Welcome Dinner sponsored by Fred Jones Distribution, to be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday.
