As in years past, to help identify those attending the Trade Fair, we will be providing different colored lanyards depending on an attendee’s work affiliation.
Black = Board Members
Red = Vendor
Blue = Ford Motor Co.
Green = Dealership
Yellow - Family Member
It is vital that we have an accurate headcount to ensure an adequate number of lanyards. Lanyards will be REQUIRED for entrance to all events.
Dealership Attendance Information
Dealership attendees have a range of options with different packages depending on how many events they would like to attend.
EVENT DUES & FEES
Friday Banquet Only - $135 Per Person
Friday Banquet Only (Children 10 & Under) - $35 Per Person
3-Day All Access Pass (Meetings, Thursday Dinner, Friday Banquet, Saturday Breakfast) - $165 Per Person
* You will be issued passes that MUST be worn at all functions.
Vendor Attendance Information
Vendors are an important part of our Club and are welcome to join all events at an additional fee, including the Thursday Golf Tournament, Welcome Reception & Dinner, as well as the Friday night Banquet. Pricing will be listed below.
TRADE FAIR FEES
1 - 8' Booth w/2 chairs, includes dues for two people attending the Trade Fair only - $950
Friday Night Banquet for first two attendees $135 each
Each additional person representing your company & attending the Trade Fair only - $50
Each person attending the Trade Fair AND the Friday Night Banquet - $165
* Electrical service will be available for an additional charge billed directly by the A/V supplier. Rosen Shingle Creek shipping instructions coming soon!
