Format: Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list you will be placed with others.

$200.00  Hole Sponsor (includes tee box sign and logo on GPS in each cart)
All entry fees include Welcome Dinner & Awards Banquet sponsored by Fred Jones Distribution to be held at 7:00 pm Thursday.

1. Pay by Check.
     When you pay by check, make the check payable to:

2. Pay by Credit Card online after you review your emailed invoice.
       
3.  Call Lee Doyal 941-235-2970
     As the Club Treasurer I will immediately process your credit card
     and send you an invoice via email.
     I will shred your Credit Card information following the transaction.
     For obvious reasons, DO NOT EMAIL your credit card information.

4. Pay by Credit Card, Check or Cash at check-in (Could be a line!)
     Bring your registration to the designated club registration table at he hotel
     Note: Pre-payment via mailed check or phoned credit card will speed up the
     registration process at the hotel.
