Event Registration Form

Vendors: Please note this form is not required for Trade Fair registration

Please complete this form even if you plan on paying upon arrival. This will help us in calculating head counts for set-up.

COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION.  Hotel registration deadline is June 16th

$ 45.00 per person - Meetings Only

$ 95.00 per person - Friday Banquet Only

$125.00 per person 3-day all access: Meetings, Thursday Dinner, Friday Banquet, Saturday Breakfast

$ 35.00 for Children 18 and under for Friday Banquet

You will be issued passes that MUST be worn at all functions


1. Pay by Check.
     When you pay by check, make the check payable to:
     Orlando Region Ford Parts & Service Club

     Mail Check to:

2. Pay by Credit Card online after you review your emailed invoice.
3.  Call Craig Wolf at 772-971-1776 or 772-468-1330
     As the Club Treasurer I will immediately process your credit card
     and send you an invoice via email.
     I will shred your Credit Card information following the transaction.
     For obvious reasons, DO NOT EMAIL your credit card information.

4. Pay by Credit Card, Check or Cash at check-in (Could be a line!)
     Bring your registration to the designated club registration table at he hotel
     Note: Pre-payment via mailed check or phoned credit card will speed up the
     registration process at the hotel.
